The HS-U448 and HS-U449 (silver) high-performance VHS Hi-fi VCRs include:

The HS-11748 combines all the features of the HS-U448 with S-VHS record and playback capability. S-VHS has improved resolution and lower video noise than ordinary VHS VCRs. Its improved picture quality is easily appreciated when viewing recordings from digital satellite receivers and other S-video sources. To add to this superior recording capability, Mitsubishi includes a 2D-YC Comb Filter, which allows finer detail and more-distinct image resolution.

The HS-1J778 is Mitsubishi’s finest S-VHS VCR It offers the performance and features of the HS-U748, plus additional features that are especially appealing to home theater enthusiasts.
